High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
A challenging and effective workout that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods.

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Zumba Fitness
A fun and energetic workout that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.
